our flexabilty offers day rates, early morning, late evening or weekend vists to work with other trades on site.

We work closely with proven independent contractors who are expert in their field and can therefore offer a one stop shop for SAP, EPC  calculations.

MS- Air testing use high tect  Minneapolis Fan equipment which is all UKAS calibrated. The technicians are 100% CSCS compliant and all calibration certs and documentation is carried on site.

The Retro fit of renewable energy into exsisting properties is possible but to realise their full potential then some rmedial work might have to be done for the property to achieve its thermal efficient.
